| The Farm | This is an 150 acre farm located in West Cork with tremendous potential to expand. Currently carrying 100 cows it is envisaged that it will soon be carrying 150 cows |
| The Role | We are seeking a person who is able to slot in and take over the operation from A to Z. Focussed primarily on the milking herd there will also be a requirment to contribute to all aspects of developing and operating a top quality operation. Must have a full licence and be capable of operating typical dairy farm machinery. |
| The Applicant | Ideally we are seeking a competent manager here. A person with confidence and experience who can operate with minimal supervision as they will be expected to run the show on their own. Alternativley a person with somewhat less experience but with real drive and ambition who is capable of working closely with the farm owner to achieve excellent herd metrics may be considered |
