| The Farm | This is a really well developed farm running 350 crossbred cows on a grassland based system. Milking through a new 30 unit parlour is very streamlined and organised. This is a show farm in a superb location and a great place to work. |
| The Role | We are seeking a dairy farm manager to take overall charge of the farm operation. It is essential that the successful applicant is fully competent to take charge of the entire operation from grassland management to herd health to staff management and to keep close control of the financial performance of the farm. |
| The Applicant | A person who has at least 8 years in a similar management role on a commercial dairy farm is required here. He/she must be able to demonstrate previous achievement in herd metrics and have the interest, the drive and the ambition to maximise the commercial performance of the herd. They will need to be able to motivate and lead a small team of dedicated staff. |
