| The Farm | This Dairy farm has currently a herd of 300 high performing cows. |
| The Role | Milking and Grassland management are key aspects for the farm so ensuring the maintenance of equipment, overseeing good hygiene are very important. You must have an interest in farm sustainability, development and continued herd improvement. Herd fertility management is very important, as is the ability to manage herd health. Salary for this position is Negotiable with experience. |
| The Applicant | We are seeking a Dairy Farm manager with at least 4 or 5 years managerial or 2IC experience. Applicants will have to have good experience of milking and managing a herd, breeding, calving and possess strong grassland management skills. Applicants should be self-motivated and process the ability to organise and communicate effectively . A full driving licence is required. |
