Farm Solutions is a well-established farm staff provider across Ireland. We are now recruiting a Regional Manager to maintain our growth in the West Munster region.
The role involves talking to farming clients, specifying vacancies, searching, reviewing and assessing applicants and completing the recruitment and contracting process. Ongoing management of the relationship between the farming client and the worker is an essential part of the role.
The successful candidate will operate from their home base while being fully supported from our Co. Wexford based office.
We are seeking a person who is knowledgeable of dairy farming, has experience in the management of people and has a track record of business development. While some previous recruitment experience would be useful but is not essential as training will be given.
