Assistant Herdsperson on 300 Cow Robotic Farm

This progressive robotic dairy farm currently has a herd of 300 high-performing cows.

As an Assistant Herdsperson, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our robotic dairy system . The Farming work will be a mixture of livestock and machinery work. Duties include Stockmanship, feeding , bedding and general farm maintenance. Potentially no weekend work .

• Previous experience in dairy farming minimum 1 year.
• Able to drive and operate farm machinery.
• Familiarity with robotic milking systems Or willing to train on robotic milking systems.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• A genuine passion for animal welfare and sustainable farming practices.
• A full clean driving license .
